 About Us PageOakland Music have been involved with the production of accompaniment CD's for examination preparation since 1993. During the intervening time we have amassed a wealth of experience in producing accompaniments at realistic tempos for a wide ability range. Although not all Examination Boards formally permit the use of our accompaniments in an examination we do know that all the Examination Boards have at some time allowed pupils to use our CD's to accompany their List A nd B pieces.
All staff at Oakland Music have a wide range of experience in not only playing piano and accompanying individuals during examinations, but also in playing a wide range of brass and woodwind instruments, including flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet/cornet, trombone and euphonium.
Each 'Pocket Pianist' CD accompaniment has been carefully and thoughtfully prepared to be of maximum assistance to those preparing for Graded examinations with the major Examination Boards.
