Aural Tracks

When you purchase a 'Pocket Pianist' CD of graded examination accompaniments you have the option to purchase the accompaniment CD alone for your chosen instrument, or to purchase the accompaniment CD with Aural practice tracks. Prices for these two options are provided in the Product Catalogue on this web site.

The Aural CD's contain additional tracks to help students prepare for the aural part of the ABRSM examination. Depending on the Grade being taken by the student, each CD contains a number of additional tracks covering the Tests A, B, C and D. The tests are designed to help the student develop their musical perception and awareness skills. Each Section contains typically 10 examples which the student can use as a basis for practice. Each example is followed by the 'answer' to the test so the student can check their answer, and hence their progress in preparing to take the aural test in the examination.
